📖 Boldness in Faith

🌟 Scripture:
“For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 (NIV)

💡 Reflection:

Fear has a way of creeping into our hearts when we step out in faith. Whether it’s sharing the Gospel, making a difficult decision, or trusting God in the unknown, fear tries to hold us back. But God did not give us a spirit of fear—He gave us a spirit of power, love, and self-discipline.

Paul wrote these words to Timothy, a young leader in the early church, to encourage him to be bold in his faith. That same encouragement applies to us today. We don’t have to shrink back in fear. The Holy Spirit equips us with strength, courage, and wisdom to live boldly for Christ.

If fear has been holding you back, remember that God’s power lives within you. You are called to walk in bold faith, not timid hesitation. Trust that God will give you everything you need to stand firm and move forward in confidence.

✔ Face fear with faith – Remember, fear does not come from God.
✔ Walk in power and love – Let the Holy Spirit strengthen and guide you.
✔ Step forward in faith – Don’t let fear stop you from fulfilling God’s purpose.

🙏 Prayer:

Lord, thank You for giving me a spirit of power, love, and self-discipline. Help me to overcome fear and boldly live out my faith. Strengthen me to trust You in every situation and to walk with confidence in Your calling. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
