📖 He Will Never Leave You

🌟 Scripture: “Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.’” — Hebrews 13:5

🌙 Bedtime Story: Logan’s Old Bicycle

Logan really wanted a brand-new bike. His friend Jake just got one with flashing lights and a loud horn. But Logan’s bike was a little old—it didn’t have lights, and the paint was scratched.

One day, Logan told his mom, “I wish I had a cool new bike like Jake’s.”

His mom smiled and said, “I understand, Logan. But did you know the Bible says we should be happy with what we have?

Logan listened as his mom read him Hebrews 13:5: “Be content with what you have, because God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.’”

“God is saying that even if we don’t have everything we want, we have Him—and that’s the most important thing!” his mom explained.

Logan thought about it. He did love riding his bike, even if it wasn’t brand-new. The next time he saw Jake, instead of feeling jealous, he said, “Cool bike! Want to race?”

That night, Logan whispered, “Thank You, God, for always being with me. I have everything I need.”

💭 Reflection:

It’s easy to want what others have, but the Bible teaches us to be content. Even if we don’t have everything we want, God is with us, and that is enough!

🛏️ Prayer:

Dear God, thank You for always being with me. Help me to be happy with what I have and to trust that You will always take care of me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🔗 Takeaway:

God’s presence is the greatest gift! Be happy with what you have and trust that He will never leave you.
